PTO Meeting Schedule, Minutes, and Bylaws

All members of the Givens community are welcome to attend PTO meetings. They are held on the first Monday of the month, alternating between the Givens Library and an off-site location. No RSVP is required. Please note that in order to ensure efficiency of meetings, we are no longer offering a way to meet virtually. We hope you can join us!

2025-26 Public PTO Meeting Schedule

  • Friday, 8/15 @ Larson Park, 6pm  Join PTO and other parents for popsicles at Larson Park! We look forward to catching up with everyone. Children are welcome to attend.
